SoftAtHome Shortlisted for Wi-Fi Now Awards

We are happy to share that SoftAtHome has been shortlisted for the Wi-Fi Now Awards for our Personalised Wi-Fi Quality of Experience in Best In-Home Wi-Fi Product! The winners will be announced during a virtual event on Tuesday, 19th December.

 

The COVID-19 pandemic has made end-users less tolerant of network failures, demanding uninterrupted access to their services from every device and expecting a personalized quality of experience, tailored to their usage and preferred services. On top of that, each household has a unique Wi-Fi environment, making a one-size-fits-all Wi-Fi algorithm inadequate.

Hence, there is a pressing need to deliver personalized Quality of Experience (QoE) to every household, with the capability to prioritize devices or services within the home. SoftAtHome has enhanced its personalized Wi-Fi QoE product with two essential features: Device ID and Service ID. These features ensure that each device receives the appropriate quality of service, guaranteeing user satisfaction.
