CSI Awards 2022: SoftAtHome won the Best Broadband Customer Experience Award for its My Digital Experience Mobile App
IBC SHOW, AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands – 12 September 2022 – SoftAtHome, an independent software company for broadband, video, and analytics, is proud to announce that its My Digital Experience on Friday night won the Best Broadband Customer Experience award at the CSI Awards 2022.
My Digital Experience (MDE) is a user-friendly mobile application powered by cloud components developed by SoftAtHome to help operators deliver to their end-users the best customer experience possible, at home. Thanks to AI, this application lets the end-users manage their digital services at home including home gateway and repeaters, directly from their mobile phones. It empowers them with several tools such as self-care, parental control, user management, user-friendly home map, Wi-Fi tutorials, and QoE improvement recommendations, in order to personalize and improve the quality of their digital services. Furthermore, MDE has been designed to help end-users be more eco-friendly, as different green modes can be activated according to their digital usage for lower energy consumption.
The CSI Awards were held on the first night of IBC Show, Friday 9 September 2022 in Amsterdam.
