ConnectAtHome offers stable and reliable broadband access with high quality of service to manage TV, voice and Internet access – including HD voice, high-performant Wi-Fi. It is fully compliant with all new IPv6 standards: Dual Stack, 6rd, DS Lite and PCP.
IP phones or mobile phones can be connected to the gateway and benefit from all fixed telephony services, receiving incoming mobile calls and routing outgoing ones. Cordless phones can also be connected directly to the gateway to benefit from HD voice and a unified address book with CAT-iq 2.0 where contacts are managed from a single point in the home. The address book can import contacts from social networks and be shared between all connected devices including the TV.
ConnectAtHome is built with SOP and so incorporates an advanced in house DLNA stack. SoftAtHome’s network access solution simplifies content sharing within the home in a multi-screen environment. The support of the DLNA Premium Video standard further enables the distribution of protected premium content.
The multimodal Notification Center is highly configurable and will send alarms (email, SMS, messages on TV) according to user preferences. Use cases such as presence, security, smoke detection, missed calls are possible. Parental Control can be applied to all devices from a single point. Quality of Experience is enhanced with the automatic discovery of all home network equipment and notification of connection issues, which reduce hotline calls and provides the support center with home network topology information to improve customer care.
